“Within this composition of poems lies a collection of thoughts within thoughts as I try to gain perspective from another's point of view.

From my experience, two of the most useful facilities to practice have been Patience and Perspective. Patience allows one to avoid radical and irrational reactions by considering potential consequences and outcomes. With perspective we allow ourselves the time of contemplation through external observation as to gain insight to others' behaviors and responses. Know that those around you have encountered causes and conditions that may differ from our own, influencing them to view and react to things in ways we may not understand.

By utilizing these capabilities to analyze situations and circumstances, we may act in a way that is beneficial to others.”
