“One World Vision”
Have you ever had something weigh heavily on your mind?
Have you ever had something weigh heavily on your mind but you always had a feeling in your heart of what the right thing was to do?
I want to share with you a quote by James Redfield, from his book “The Tenth Insight: Holding The Vision”….
“Together we are going somewhere, each generation building upon the accomplishments of the previous one, destined for an end we can only dimly remember. We’re all in the process of awakening and opening up to who we really are, and what we came here to do, which is often a very difficult task. Yet I firmly believe that if we always integrate the best of the traditions we find before us and keep the process in mind, each challenge along the way, each interpersonal irritation can be overcome with a sense of destiny and miracle.”
I want to break this quote down into three parts,
1. How each generation is evolving, building on our highest accomplishments
2. The awakening process we are currently going through, and how it is difficult
3. Integrating awareness as we go through the heavy things, each interpersonal battle, leading to our own interpersonal destiny and miracle.
We all love our parents or caretakers, we know they try their best. I’m in the same shoes right now, trying my very best. We all have taken the best, even if it wasn’t intended, from each of our guardians, and made something new and useful with it… built upon the philosophies, ways of life and spiritual connections that have been passed down. But where does that very best come from? It comes from our higher selves, our higher purpose, our vision for our life.
We all have that intuition, and intention for good when we are born, all of us… and we all try our best. There is no exception.
Think of when you were in school, and you were trying to understand a problem. When you finally got it, it was a huge sense of relief right? We all know that, yes, feeling. Everyone shares that feeling, when learning and building a new skill.
It works the same way with personal growth and spiritual alignment. We reach deep into what we have been given, and what is deeply rooted in the experiences we find ourselves in, and try to solve the problem we face, it’s through the challenges we face from our upbringing, that we can find that real sense of relief, and get to higher places.
There is a spiritual human evolution taking place right now, we are all in the process of awakening. It is difficult and often comes after what some call “the dark night of the soul”… after my own personal experience with this, I can sense a synchronicity between our individual evolutions we are meant to go through, and what our collective nation is currently going through at this moment in time.
One of my favorite people of all time, John F. Kennedy, said “Let us never negotiate out of fear. But let us never fear to negotiate” …
I think what he means is, we must face the unknown with confidence. That we must balance caution with courage, and with that, we can as individuals and collectively pursue meaningful destinies
This principle is impactful when considering the negotiations we all have with ourselves on a regular basis. The doubts we have, the fear of the unknown, the things in our past we may have to work through… it’s interconnected all to our awakenings. We can’t negotiate with ourselves out of fear. We must pursue the process of change with openness, and without fear, and never fear what may come from change with all vulnerabilities exposed. Just like trying to solve that problem in school, you couldn’t quite understand, until you did.
If we integrate the awareness of what our parents or guardians were really leading us to with each passing generational line that preceded it… if we can be open to the unknown, if we can surrender to the awakening process, we can proceed universally without fear. We can collectively share in the version of all our bests, as our embodied higher visions for what can be within all things. That is the tradition we are just beginning to learn how to properly navigate. That is what I believe we are all meant here to do, our human authentic divine higher purpose.
I’d like to end with one more quote from James Redfield…
“If we stay aware and acknowledge the great mystery that is this life, we will see that we have been perfectly placed, in exactly the right position…. To make all the difference in the world”
